The holiday house in Espartal has 150 m² with 35 m² of sun terraces. The additional communal area includes a shared swimming pool.
Casa Ricardo is an ideal base for a family holiday,located in a small condominium with a shared pool and easy walking access to two fantastic beaches. We are 5kms from the pretty town of Aljezur with a range of cafes, restaurants and shops. Praia de Amoeira has the river to play in and provides a lovely safe environment for younger children. You will overlook this river from the terrace, whilst the hills of Monchique are in the distance. You will find it hard to drag yourselves away from the terrace after long breakfasts in the morning and reading your books.
We have three bedrooms, a double with ensuite and a twin upstairs with ensuite; whilst there is a twin room and a shower/ toilet downstairs.(an additional couch is available for small children).
There is no wifi at the house, this is easily accessed locally. Neither do we have a large TV, but English books and some board games are available. So come prepared to be blown away by the peace and quiet! Walking along the coast is memorable.
150 € Security deposit required with final payment 6 weeks beforehand. A cleaning charge of 75 € will be deducted from final reimbursement. This is not a *party*house!
