Quinta Monte Verde
The villa is located about 4 kms from S. Miguel village + the approximate distance to Odeceixe & Carvalhal beaches, (in the famous "Vicentine Coast"), by car is about 10 minutes.
The house is located in a nice rural area, with a great view to a cared garden and big back yard, as well as a magnificent view to a forest which belongs to a protected Forest/Reserve.
The closest villages are S. Miguel and Odeceixe, where guests can find small shops, cafes, restaurants and a bakery, as well as a pharmacy, etc..
This area has got excellent spots for track walking as well as bike riding lovers (BTT).
If guests feel like going to the Algarve beaches, Zoo, or shopping centers, as well as pubs, entertaining, they'll have about 30-40 min drive, and Faro airport is the closest one, about 90m by car, but from Lisbon, driving along the "Vicentine Coast" is a unique experience (details + itineraries will be given, of course).
Zambujeira beach is also a 15m by car, where guests can find nice cafes, restaurants & shops, pharmacy, etc Going South is Aljezur with its castle, about 15m-20 minutes drive, there are also very nice beaches, (great for surfers) as well as a nice market, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, post office, laundries, etc
Going North is S. Teotónio, about 10-15 minutes by car, visitors can also find a market, a supermarket, shops, cafes, entertaining, pharmacies, etc.

This 50 m2 very cosy house is completely furnished and equipped and has got a double bed, a chest
of drawers, 2 side tables + a chair
A bathroom with a shower and a cabinet.
A fully equipped kitchenette, from a stove, a fridge + freezer, toaster, micro wave + coffee machine,
to cutlery and table ware for 2-3 pax
A nice and large open space with a table for 2-3, in the sitting area, as well as a nice sofa which can
be converted into a bed for a little child. Another sofa plus 2 very comfortable chairs, as well as table
A bedroom with a closet and 2 side table, a chest of drawers + a chair.
There is a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, where guests can have a drink for e.g. ou for example with a great
view to the pool, cared garden, back yard and forest.
House 2 (T2):
This 95 m2 house is completely furnished and equipped and has got:
A big bathroom with a shower + a cabinet.
A fully equipped kitchenette, including a stove + oven, fridge & freezer, toaster, coffee machine, a
micro wave, as well as cutlery + table ware for 4-6 pax.
A nice and large open space with a table for 4-6 pax in the sitting area, as well as a sofa (sitting 3-4
pax), 2 very comfortable arm chairs and 2 small tables.
2 bedrooms with a closet, 2 side tables, a chair + a bench for the bags.
One of the bedrooms has got a king size bed, the other one 2 big single beds, that can be joined
together, for another couple, a closet and an office/working table.
A baby bed and/or extra bed can also be provided.
There is a balcony with a great view to the pool, cared garden, backyard and protected forest.

A baby bed is extra (for a week)
An extra bed is free up the age of 10 (for a week), an €10/ day if more than 10 years old.
A deposit/caution of €60, is requested and refundable, if clients leave the houses in the best
conditions, including trash bin emptied and dish ware washed and organised in their places.
