Holiday house Denning
Built in 2006, has 270 m² build on a 1550 m² plot with a 1 big pool 9 by 4,5 m. and a covered outside sitting area next to the pool. Located in a quiet area of Vale da Telha / Arrifana, 4 km from the beaches of Monte Clérigo and Arrifana. Holiday house Denning has on the ground floor 2 bedrooms both en suite, and a family bathroom, large well equipped kitchen, utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine.
The spacious lounge has a Fogo Montana log burner, 42 inch plasma tv, dvd and sky box.
Upstairs there is another double bedroom with Tv and dvd. Another family bathroom and a games room with a double sofa bed and a table tennis table. Verandas from both these rooms with sea view.
Maximum 8 person.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Prices in euros per week:
Low season: 01.11. -31.03.: from 800.-
Mid season: May, June, September and November from 1.100.-
High season: July and August from 1.200.- to 1.700.-
