This new, 3 bedroom villa, 200 m² is build on a 650 m² plot with a 1 big pool ( for sole use of guests), 9 by 4,5 m and a terrace with garden furnitures and BBQ next to the pool. Located in a quiet area of Vale da Telha / Arrifana, 4 km from the beaches of Monte Clérigo and Arrifana. Holiday house Boa Vista has 2 floors with central heating.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, en suite shower room, 1 spacious lounge ( Satellite TV, Internet, Radio, DVD-player with patio doors facing to the pool, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffeemaker, toaster), utility room (Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine), gymn (punchball, treadmill, Yoga matt and ball)
First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom ( bath, shower,) 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 communal bathroom (shower, WC).
Maximum 8 person. Smoking and pets not permitted.
