Casa Paula is one of 12 delightful villas in a gated condominium with a communal swimming pool at Espartal (Aljezur). This charming villa presented over 2 levels is elegantly furnished and decorated throughout. At ground level Casa Paula has an open aspect lounge and dining room leading to the fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a double bedroom overlooking the private garden. A separate bathroom (with shower) can be used as a private bathroom for this bedroom. English Freeview TV channels, a DVD player (with a large selection of DVDs) and a CD player are provided for entertainment. Outside dining furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ are provided. The upper level consists of: the master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a large balcony with views towards the ocean and overlooking the swimming pool; a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom (with bath) and a large sun terrace with views across shrubland and the Monchique mountains. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Monte Clérigo beach is within easy walking distance, whilst Amoreira beach can be approached across the estuary at low tide. Arrifana beach is only a short drive away. Maximum 6 persons.
